Collins Brook Group provides you access to your dev site for continuous review. When time for launch, you’ve probably seen most of your site multiple times, so our final review is completed with minimal updates. Once we launch we audit your new site with our commercial audit tools for one final automated review.
Fast Site Updates During Launch!
Given the amount of communication we typically have during the development phase our Website Final Review & Acceptance phase is typically short and sweet. We spend time with you and your team reviewing the site from top to bottom, including any documentation that we provide.
If we find any issues we typically address them immediately and your site goes live shortly thereafter, if we didn’t make it live before. But don’t worry, if you need time for a deep dive on content for you site, we have a great warranty that ensures that we’ll fix any issues you might find later.
Website Warranty & Ongoing Support
Your contract with Collins Brook Group details our initial warranty period. We warranty most website updates for 90 days. For newly developed sites, and typically warranty new custom sites for 12 months.
3 to 12 Months Free Support Included!
Our warranty includes the following:
- Telephone and email support (text, too!)
- Onsite visits, if your location to Spring, TX
- Fixes for any site issues
- Upgrading of all relevant software
- Reasonable changes and updates of any current site content
- Addition of new content may be implemented at our discretion
Note: Addition of new features to the site may incur additional costs.
Following the initial warranty support period, Collins Brook Group will continue to provide you ongoing support, either under a yearly support contract or under a time and materials basis. We’ll work with you determine the most cost effect ongoing support arrangement.
